groundwater table
In the demo water, one of the overlays is the groundwater table with sub-overlays on evaporation, groundwater last value, subsurface and subsurface last value. Is it possible to also show these layers in a project that you created yourself?

Just to give here the same reply I gave you earlier:
You can add these overlays also to your own project. They are part of the water module, so if you add a water overlay (flooding/ rain/ groundwater), you can add these layers to your project. It is also possible to set such layer as main overlay, in stead of the parent overlay for flooding/ rain/ groundwater.
