groene baten planner / beneficial green planner

According to https://www.tygron.com/nl/2022/04/19/rivm-lanceert-koppeling-groene-baten-planner-met-tygron/ the 'groene baten planner' should be connected to the LTS client. Where can I find and use it? Having this answered on the forum or in the wiki will be beneficial for others.
