New updates on forum

You probably have noticed it, but our Tygron Platform forum has a new layout and more functionalities!

We have asked a few of our forum users for feedback and based on that we have made some changes:

• The forum has a new modern and more clean layout
• It is possbile to add tags (keywords) to discussions so you can more easily find your discussion or search on a particular tag. The tags are visible in the left side panel on the home page of the forum.
• We have implemented a new feature to ask questions. When you ask a question, you get the possibility to mark a post as best answer. This best answer will then be placed directly under the question, so the correct answer can be more easily found by other users (see images below for more information).
• It is easier to write posts, add links and embed images or files to a post with the new text editor.

How to ask and accept an answer:

Click on ask a question:

Post your question:

When a user has answered your question, click on yes or no if the answer has helped you.

If you have clicked on yes, the post is marked as Accepted answer.
