Reuse indicators in new projects
This week we have added two more indicators to the Index.
The total excess water indicator, created by the winner of the student contest, calculates the amount of flooding per neighborhood.
To this indicator we have added a mechanism to change the overlay ID of multiple TQL queries at once, so the indicator can be more easily reused in another project (since in a new project the ID of the same type of overlay is usually different).

@Len Geisler, you have mentioned the process of changing TQL queries when reusing indicators. Is this mechanism a workaround for you to simplify this?
