Tip: Have a backup domain admin ready.
When you manage a domain, ensure that there is a backup for the domain admin by having at least a second domain admin added to the users. This way you can guarantee continuity in case the primary domain admin is not available (on vacation/ left the organisation/ etc.).
Tygron Support can only add the initial domain admin, and can not add consecutive users. In case the support team has to add a new domain admin, ALL other users need to be removed first, and added later again.
