Show flooding water effect without the flooding overlay.
For some visualization purposes it is nice to only see the water effect of a flood and not the Overlay with the legend colors. You can do this by turning off overlays and turning on the flooding weather effect by going to Visuals->Weather-> Click on flooding in the weather menu on the left. You will see an animation of the previously calculated flood but only as a water effect. This is great for cinematic purposes.
You can change the lenght of the effect in the right menu.
